Experience
Dr. Hong completed an advanced education in general dentistry (AEGD) residency with the U.S. Army Dental Health Activity at Joint Base Lewis McChord in Washington. She is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and the Greater St. Louis Dental Society.

Dr. Hong served honorably as an active-duty general dentist in the U.S. Army for five years through a Health Professionals Scholarship Program. With her husband and two children, she relocated three times during that period and developed lifelong friendships along the way. The Hong family finally had the opportunity to choose where to live and decided that St. Louis was the perfect place to settle down. Dr. Hong loves to spend quality time with friends and family, especially when there's food involved!

She also finds relaxation and joy in creating art at home.
